I received almost aggressively rude service ,I was doing my monthly shopping early wed morning following Thanksgiving,so store was mostly empty.And from a big man in meat department.his tag said Tommy.was blatantly rude,it was over seen by another smaller older man that had said hello good morning,alsoeat dept.but about 8 feet away with I smile.
He was almost abusively rude.i found a spiral ham wrapped in plastic,it was the size I needed and it wasn't priced,I said good morning.ignored,I said excuse me could you help me.again ignored,I walked over with 12 pound ham in hand and said again would you please help me.he let out an audible sigh of disappointment.i said the ham doesn't have a price on it,would you please tell me why it's in plastic and how much it is?had a hole in it.short and gruff.i pursue my second question.follow me he said,as he proceeded into kitchen.i stopped at doorway.standing there exactly still and quite.he comes over with price gun thing.no works because of plastic.he snatched the ham and slammed it on the counter, scratched the plastic like a wild animal,and told me to back off.he priced and almost threw it at me.absolte rudeness.
Good and quality selection of produce, bakery items, and pantry foods.
Butcher shop was well stocked and store was clean. Workers are not looking to help but are friendly when approached.
Smaller sized Kroger and bathrooms were also not attended to. No paper towels and 2 out of 3 stalls with no tissue paper.
Very conviennent shop if your visiting.
I usually love this store and go frequently, but I was publicly mortified by an employee at the money counter by the front door. I left in tears humiliated. Note that I waited an hour in the parking lot for them to open that department in the first place and did not get helped. I will not be back.

Extra tasty leftover tortillas chips from Jose's Mexican Restaurant, topped off after avocados, satisfies the CRUNCH and no extra salt from THEIR chips.
This is the town's nicest Kroger and it's rather big. It stocks a little more of everything and I love the clearance. It's clean and always easy to get a cart. It also uses the app and you can check out faster. The app works extremely well at the self-checkout where you can pay though the phone securely and never need to touch a card or germy cash. That app makes the checkout very fast. Also, coupons can be clipped from the app making things super easy.
A very clean and well runned store. Pretty impressed at the meat and seafood cleaniness and presentation. The bakery has great cakes as well.
Better than Walmart but geez y'all need to up your pay and get some more staff. Everyone including me is getting frustrated because there are not enough workers to account for your customers. Open up more than one register that isn't self check out. Get a floater to help any register, not just one poor guy up front trying to cover 8 constantly breaking self checkouts.
